For the second year in a row, I was able to spend some time at one of my favorite parks working with up-and-coming young riders during our rail clinics. It’s rewarding to be able to pass on my love of wakeboarding and see some groms really improve throughout the week. Thanks to KC Watersports and Liquid Force University for making it a week to remember. And special thanks to the Powell Family for opening their home to me.

Honored to be Wildlife Warrior Global Ambassador
Words cannot express how excited I am to be named a global ambassador for the Wildlife Warriors! The Wildlife Warriors are a select group of people who spread the word of conservation. It is a great honor to be named a Wildlife Warrior, and I intend to spread the word of conservation through my travels for wakeboarding. Also, wakeboarding attracts a younger audience. It is important to stress conservation to this younger generation because they will be the ones who grow up to confront, and solve, our global issues. This is an incredible opportunity for me to get the word out about the importance of conservation. I am excited to work with these amazing people to promote such a great cause.
During a competition in Australia in December 2014, several fellow wakeboarders and I had the privilege of visiting Australia Zoo and its amazing Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping in. To learn how you can get involved or make a donation to support their work, visit the website here.
